One of the six newly planned Sofia metro stations, i.e. metro station Slatina, will be located within walking distance to our office buildings BSR 1 and BSR 2. This is envisaged in a public procurement announcement, published by the municipal company Metropoliten. This latest metro extension is expected to start by Q4 2021.The construction of a buffer parking with 230 places is also previewed. The metro stations are expected to be ready by 2024.
